From beginning to end, awesome customer service! To start we said that we wanted California shutters for our side light and blinds for our two upstairs bedrooms and Carmel educated us on better and more cost effective options. When the upstairs blinds were installed Carmel noticed the blinds were letting in light and offered to come back to install an addition to reduce the light…for free. We will be using them again for additional window coverings in the future and have already recommended them to others.
